Impact

Little wins that add up.

I see every project as a collection of “little wins” — from platforms that raised billions to flows that cut user frustration in half.

About

People first. Then pixels.

I like the messy middle of a problem. I spend time with the people a product is for, map the whole workflow, then cut it back to what actually matters.

I work closely with product, engineering and business teams, and I build design systems so good decisions keep scaling after I’ve left the room. Lately, AI is part of how I research, prototype and test, which means more ideas tried and fewer guessed.

Outside the work, I’m always down for a cup of coffee or a cookie :)

PRINCIPLE 01 / 05

Understand people before designing solutions.

Research isn’t a phase. It’s the habit of asking who this is for and what they’re really trying to get done.

PRINCIPLE 02 / 05

Make the complex feel simple.

Complex workflows don’t need complex screens. I look for the step that can disappear.

PRINCIPLE 03 / 05

Users and business, both served.

A good product earns its keep. I design for the outcome both sides need, and say so when they pull apart.

PRINCIPLE 04 / 05

Accessible and scalable by default.

Contrast, focus states and tokens are part of the craft, not polish bolted on at the end.

PRINCIPLE 05 / 05

Design is a team sport.

The best ideas survive contact with engineering, product and business. I bring those people in early.

Epilogue

Have a meaningful problem to solve?

Have an idea, an opportunity, or just want to say hello? I’m always interested in thoughtful conversations about products, teams, and ideas worth building.
